After parking in front of the house, you've arrived at Sandpiper's Nest! Enter onto the friendly welcoming patio, enter through the digital wi-fi secure keypad. The code will be active at check in and is the last 4 digits of your cell phone. It will deactivate automatically upon check out. Super speed internet up to 800 mbps, great for those who need to check some emails, do gaming, streaming or work from home! For guests 1&2 the primary bedroom is separate and private. There is ample space for unpacking for the week, with another smart TV in the room. The front room is very large and open. A grand, comfy seating area for 7, including a very large Smart TV. In the same room, is a dining area with additional seating, and a futon for yet additional seating! Both the couch and futon turn into sleeping for guest # 3,4,5, and 6. The kitchen and bathroom are well-appointed & have all amenities that you would expect at home. There is a sunny eat-in table in the kitchen for morning coffee, or breakfast. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off your beach sand before your turn in for the day or evening.

The entire property is a duplex but you will have access to the entire lower-unit. You will have access to both patios in the front and the back. ALL Welcome Door Rentals are Non-Smoking and Non- Vaping properties. Don't even ask- this includes tobacco, marijuana and non- nicotine. There is a noise decibel monitor set in the unit, do not try to adjust it. The minimum age to book this property is 25. There is a hefty fine for violating either policy.
